ANSWERED PRAYERS are NOT usually found underneath the covers.
Curl up and wait?
Nope.
Pull the covers up high and just pray away our circumstances?
Hardly.
More is required.
FAITH is believing in something unseen.
TRUST is turning it all over to Him knowing somehow things will work out for the best.
Together faith and trust are beautiful GIFTS all wrapped up and tied with a shiny ribbon of hope.
They blossom in the heart and bring peace into your life making it little more beautiful.
But there’s one essential principle needed to make that blossom really bloom.
ACTION.
We need to get on our knees, then get off our knees and move.
Show up.
Do our best.
Try again.
And again.
That’s going to look different for each of us.
Trials are crushing to the soul and sometimes it feels too hard.
But God likes to work THRU us and WITH us.
So whether it’s physical, emotional, or spiritual let’s throw back those covers and get to work.
Give Him something to work with.
And when things fall into place, don’t pat yourself on the back too hard.
